We're sorry to see you go! If you wish to permanently delete your Tongits Hub account, please follow the steps below. Please note that deleting your account is permanent and irreversible. All your game progress, achievements, and account data will be permanently removed.
Important: Once you delete your account, you will lose all your game data, virtual items, progress, and achievements. This action cannot be undone.
How to Delete Your Account
Follow these simple steps to permanently delete your Tongits Hub account:
Open the Tongits Hub App
Launch the Tongits Hub mobile application on your Android device and ensure you are logged into the account you wish to delete.
Go to Profile Section
Tap on the 'Profile' icon located in the footer bar at the bottom of the screen.
Open Account Settings
In the Profile section, find and tap on 'Account Settings' to access your account management options.
Select 'Delete Account'
In Account Settings, locate and tap on the 'Delete Account' option. Read the warning message carefully about the permanent nature of this action.
Confirm Deletion
After reviewing the consequences, tap 'Confirm' to proceed with the account deletion. Your account and all associated data will be permanently removed.
What Happens After Deletion?
- All your game progress, levels, and achievements will be permanently deleted
- All virtual items, coins, and in-game currency will be lost
- Your profile, username, and account information will be removed
- You will no longer be able to access the account or recover any data
- Some data may be retained for security, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance purposes
Data Retention
While we will delete your account and personal information from our active systems, please note that some data may be retained for a limited period as required by law or for legitimate business purposes, including:
- Security and fraud prevention
- Compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
- Resolution of disputes or enforcement of our Terms of Service
- Backup systems (which will be purged according to our standard retention schedule)
